Forge Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Forge is a SaaS platform that provides governance, security, compliance, FinOps, and platform engineering capabilities for Microsoft Azure and other clouds.

3. Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own Azure subscriptions, data, and compliance obligations.

Forge does not have access to or control over your cloud resources except through the permissions you explicitly grant.

4. Service “As Is”

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Data Privacy

We process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
